Saturday 7.30am – REFORMER Pilates @ The Pilates Studio, Finaghy (1 hour studio class)
Matwork Pilates
Matwork Pilates is a mind and body group class focused on building core strength and stability, improving flexibility and posture, and feeling good!
​
The class utilises small props such as the ball, circle, resistance band and block for a varied and challenging workout.​

Postnatal Pilates
The Postnatal Pilates classes are designed for mums at any stage postpartum with a focus on restoring core strength, improving function of the pelvic floor, countering the postural strains and physical demands of motherhood.

BYOB (bring your own baby) or have an hour to yourself to move and breathe!

Antenatal Pilates
A class for mums-to-be designed to keep you strong and flexible for the demands of pregnancy, birth and afterwards. Focussing on improving posture, maintaining good flexibility and building core strength through functional movement and modified Pilates exercises.

Class is suitable after 12 week scan and as long as there are no medical contraindications for exercise​

Pilates Barre Fitness
Small group workout inspired by Pilates, Yoga, and Dance to build strength, tone, sculpt, and improve flexibility.
This studio based class incorporates the barre, hand weights, gliders, and resistance bands to increase the intensity of your workout and is choreographed to a fab, energy boosting playlist.
